I was out and about today visiting so had quite a bit of thinking and praying time in the car whilst taking in the fantastic sky (I did have my eyes on the road too!).
Anyway my daughter is taking Higher RE although its called somthing else but cant remember the abbreviation. She is loving doing exegesis of Genesis at the moment and lots of great questions. I was praying that this reading of scripture will help her consider Gods greatness and his reality.
I too enjoy exegesis and as I contemplated doing some painting this summer ,I thought biblical exegesis is a bit like painting by numbers its not until you have have finished each colour, the you can stand back and see Gods word revealed in all His beauty
