Friday Five

I can say that Im pretty much a failed blogger but thought Id give it another whirl. So starting easy Ill join in with RevGalpals on the Friday Five 1) What is the first birthday you remember? -I think I must have been about 5 or 6 and I remember I was given a party. I also remember crying maybe it was all to much ice cream and cake or that most of the presents I got were books (I still have 3 of them unread!) 2) Do you recall a favorite gift? - my favourite gift as a child was a huge blue Dolphin from my mum and Dad. As an adult I loved my moter bike lessons for my 30th 3) Has anyone ever tried to surprise you for your birthday? Did it work? Was it fun? For my 16th my friend and I were thrown a surprise party but we both knew about it but pretended we didnt, it was a great night. I was totally surpriesd for my 40th Birthday at uni when friend organised a tea and decorated the common roon in college. 4) Do you have a favorite birthday dessert? - that would be cake but not chocolate unless its my friend Cheryls homemade yum! 5) Describe what would be your 'perfect birthday' Always fancied the look of lying in a hammock with a book in the sun, or trying a parachute jump or a day with friends and family that would be a packed day but to make the really perfect birthday would be to live in a just world where the King of kings is joyfully known and sung ...that would be some choir! like here ">

Great answers - I think the age of 5 is the first birthday I remember as well and I'm also not a big fan of the chocolate (except by certain hands).

Thanks for playing!
